We are pleased to announce that our chosen charity for 2020 is Bright Red.
The vision of the charity is to make our region the safest place in the UK, if not the world, to be treated for blood cancer.
They aim to improve the lives and treatment of people with blood cancer across the north of England. Through care, research and education we are striving to beat illnesses such as leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma myelodysplasia and myeloproliferative diseases.
Please bring in your unwanted books for our book corner and watch this space for further fund raising events throughout 2020. Thank you.
